General Information

serve you. You may notice some of my shipping/bulk policies. I have these in place for a reason and

Bulk Order Policy and Domestic Information
================================================
Orders that are placed will need to be finalized early, so that payment can be sent to my supplier.

Order placement procedure:
1. Customer places order with vendor
2. Vendor confirms order with customer (in a message)
3. Order is placed with the supplier
4. Order will then be placed "in transit"
5. Customer will then Finalize the order
6. Payment will be sent to supplier
7. Tracking number will be given to customer (when I receive it)

Shipping Information

Packages will be shipped directly from my supplier in China. These packages will be shipped via

EMS/EMI (Express Mail Service / Express Mail International) and will require a signature.

The package will be shipped in a professional envelope and will have one layer of stealth. If customs

opens the package, they will find that layer of stealth (masked as something legal, and surrounded by

paper). If they further investigate the package, they will find drugs.

Your chemicals will be clearly labeled as what they are.

Resolution and Tracking

If something goes wrong with your order, please let me know and I will attempt to resolve it.

Please understand that DCNs and TNs will be the deciding factor in any case.

Bulk orders cannot be reshipped and refunds cannot be given. This is per my supplier's policy. If I

could change this, I would.

If you're unsure or uncomfortable with these policies, feel free to move on to the next vendor. I

won't be making promises I can't keep.

Password - leave blank until you have registered with nickserv
Local Alias - Same as nick (Don't leave blank in case pidgin picks your hostname)

Proxy Type: Tor/Privacy (Socks5)
Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: 9050

Set up is done, now please continue to read so that you make sure your hostname doesn't show:
Join a random made up channel, like so: /join #jruihuihf43 -- check your info (right click your name

in pidgin).
Make sure your real hostname isn't showing.

Make sure you followed all the instructions and didn't miss anything.

Once everything looks good, type this into the chat window: /join #public
