Note that 98% of the time when your order is moved to IN TRANSIT, it is because we have printed your label, filled your order and are ready to bring it to the post office.

If your order hasn't been moved to IN TRANSIT yet, then it hasn't shipped.

Please allow at least 72 hours after placing an order to write asking why it hasn't been moved to IN TRANSIT - and please, only inquire after you have checked for an announcement here.

If you think you have a problem that merits giving us a 1/5 rating please move the order to the Resolution Center where it will definitely be responded to.

Yes - criticism of my inability to get to all emails at all times is valid. I try but sometimes I can't keep up.

I do, however, take every Resolution Center item seriously and respond in detail to each and every one of them.

There are a handful of 1/5 feedbacks here, some of which I believe to be valid for various reasons. Some of these could have been resolved had they gone through the Resolution Center. Others, possibly, might not have been resolvable. Once and awhile I probably deserve a 1/5.

There are also several 1/5 ratings which are complete fabrications. I do not understand the motivation behind these, however in talking to other vendors, it isn't uncommon.

Note that most 1/5 feedbacks come in for the absolute least expensive thing that we sell - a single Xanax mailed free via First Class. Somebody is buying these one or two at a time in order that they can leave 1/5 ratings for me. I'm very disappointed in whoever is doing this.

Recent news:

We've revamped our shipping to make it better for all concerned:

1. Nearly everything ships Priority Mail.
2. We've effectively eliminated overseas shipping, which allows us to focus on fast packaging, fast shipping domestic orders. We feel it is worthwhile because of customs hassles, etc.

We pack and ship Monday through Saturday. Customer service is available intermittently on Sundays and holidays.

Some thoughts:

* Your order shifts from Processing to In Transit when it ships. Please do not write to point out that your order is still in processing or asking whether or not we really shipped it.

* Please take a moment to format your address correctly - use capitals and commas where they belong... Keep things on the proper lines. Here is an example of a correctly formatted address:

Please do not make me look up your zip code. If you live outside of the USA, include the name of your country.

It is really, really helpful if you take that extra moment to clean up your address. Thank you.

* If you insist on using a fake name (which we do not recommend) please pick one that isn't obviously fake. Orders to Bud Green, Alice Toklas, Dick Long, etc. will be summarily canceled.

* We only accept orders paid with BitCoin via SR. I'm sorry - we can't accept MoneyPaks or PayPal or Western Union, etc.

CAPSULE IDENTIFICATION:

25mg/28mg 2c-b capsules contain 25/28mg 2c-b in appx 400mg of a carefully chosen food filler and appear full (or close) of a uniform white powder. These 25mg 2c-b capsules are clear and otherwise unmarked.

40mg 2c-b capsules contain 40mg 2c-b in appx 400mg of a carefully chosen food filler and appear full (or close) of a uniform white powder. They are marked with a black magic marker line.

100mg methylone capsules contain only 100mg methylone with no filler. They appear partially full and are marked with a red magic marker line.

2c-e capsules contain 18mg 2c-e plus the carefully chosen food filler. They are clear and appear full or near full. They have been marked with blue and/or green magic marker.

For those who PGP:
(Note that PGP is not required, nor even encouraged. You are welcome to use it if you wish, however we ask that you please exercise some self-restraint and not use it when ordering a single Xanax tablet, for example...)

Sometimes we cannot decrypt PGP messages that people have sent - usually new accounts. Sometimes we have the time to go back and forth with such users and help them configure their PGP properly...
