Hmmm... Afghan No.4... I was always under the impression that No4 came from the Golden Triangle as the Afghans are not able to perform the final part of the process. This was brown, and cooked very dark brown, but did not require vit C or citric. If I'd had more I would've tasted on foil to see if it was just brown cut with vitC!
That said, it wasn't the worst I've had.... But you should really change your description.

Once you have decided on the product you would like to order the following guidelines should make the entire process a lot easier. Note: under the unforeseen circumstances that there are complications with a package we will double check that you have followed our guidelines when deciding how to resolve.

Shipment processing:

EXPRESS
Orders are grouped 10:00 – 23:00 Therefore;
IF you place an order on July 1st at 14:00 (2pm) your order will be sent July 2nd However;
IF you place an order on July 1st before 9:59 (9:59am) your order will be sent July 1st

REGULAR
We prioritize our express shipping because they pay for it. Note the change in dates. We give ourselves 2 day buffer. Orders are still grouped 10:00 – 23:00 However orders placed for example on July 1st 14:00 (2pm) may under certain conditions (when there is an overwhelming amount of orders to process) may only be shipped July 4th in the worst case scenario.

If under any circumstance you have placed an order and we have not met this criteria (i.e. we are late) please send us a message with the header SHIPPING LATE.
