Conditions on our reship policy stands as most bulk orders will always be shipped using a trackable service and if we view any problem with the shipping we will offer 50-100% reship depending on item and destination country, please ask if you need clarification on this. i.e. 100% is generally given to shipments to US and UK, whereas we generally only offer 50% refund to countries such as Australia.
