1. PACKAGING

A - MDMA,

International - (outside the UK)

MDMA for international customers is crushed to dust and sent triple vacuum sealed as a completely flat business letter for maximum stealth shipping. It will have the look, outside feel and weight of a normal business letter.

Domestic ( within the UK )

MDMA to UK customers is sent double vacuum packed and sent as a small package that will fit through a letterbox like a letter. It will always be over 90% rocks.

B - KETAMINE

International - (outside the UK)

Ketamine for international customers is sent triple vacuum sealed as a completely flat business letter for maximum stealth shipping. It will have the look, outside feel and weight of a normal business letter.

2cb for international customers will be sent double vacuum sealed as a flat business letter in just the powder form.

All lsd will be dropped on to plain tabs and send as a flat business letter

Domestic ( within the UK)

Will be dropped on to plain tabs and sent as a flat business letter, unless you specify you want it on fruit pastilles in which case it will be sent as a large letter able to fit through any mail box like a normal letter.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping is from the UK using Royal Mail first class only. We do not offer any type of tracking service as this would involves entering a post office covered in CCTV.

UK - 1 - 2 working days
Europe - 3 - 5 working days
Outside Europe - 5- 10 working days

If your package does not arrive in these times, then it is officially lost in 14 days to the UK, 14 working days to Europe and 21 working days outside of Europe.

3. FINALIZING EARLY

In the perfect world we would not want to make anybody finalise early, but we will ask you to fe if you order over an ounce as an international order. We also feel that if we package your product perfectly, then post it to the address given then we do deserve to be paid and if it is lost in the post then this should be your risk and not ours. Therefore UK customers do not need to FE, but international customers often do excluding long term customers. If I want you to FE I will message you within 2 hours of your package being marked in transit. 95% of the time I will not.

4. REFUNDS, RESHIPS AND RESOLUTIONS

Firstly please message us if you have any problems before leaving bad feedback. If you have an issue with the quality or packaging then message us. If your package has not arrived then we will not act until the official time has passed for it to be lost ( see delivery time section for this). At this point we will proceed on a case by case basis. However, we will not do any refunds or reships outside of resolution as it does not show up on your stats and attracts scammers so do not finalize early without being asked to and then expect a potential refund if nothing turns up.
