I ship at my own expense - that's right, shipping is FREE.
• Delivery is quickest within Europe via Royal Mail/Airmail.
• I will not ship research chemicals to the following locations: USA, Russia, Singapore, Ukraine, India, South Africa, Malaysia, Lithuania/Estonia, Hungary, Egypt.
• Tracked shipping is available on some listings if specified. Tracking numbers typically are not provided unless there is a problem with delivery.

REFUND POLICY:

• If a shipment is intercepted and you have documents detailing the seizure you will be given a 75% refund.
• Shipments marked undeliverable due to incorrectly given address are not eligible for a refund. It's your responsibility to accurately write out your address which includes your real name or a name of someone that lives at the residence.
• In all other cases of "lost" or unaccounted for packages you are eligible for a 50% refund at my discretion.
