Buying: We accept orders from anybody, (unless your order history is horrible), and do not require anyone to finalize early, though it is greatly appreciated.


Shipping: We ship orders Monday - Friday. We do not operate on weekends or Holidays. All packages are shipped withing 24-48 hours of your order being placed.

We ship all packages discreetly via USPS Priority Mail and they are received within 3-5 business days usually, though it may take longer depending on USPS. All Tracking Information is kept by us unless you have not received your order within 6 business days of it being shipped.

Policy: We will not be held responsible (NO RESHIP, NO REFUND) for any package not received due to a problem with USPS.

If the tracking number shows any of the following status messages, it will not be possible to offer a refund: "Arrival at Unit", "Processing Complete", "Out-for-Delivery", "Notice Left", "Delivered", "Refused", "Forwarded", "Incomplete Address" or "Undeliverable as Addressed".

If tracking shows a package is returned to sender we will have no way to receive it and we will not refund or reship your order.
