Just remember if you try to scam me and say you did not get the package, I have a priority or express tracking sticker on the package and I can tell if you are lying. You will not get a refund if it says the package was delivered.

Packaging and Shipping

For packaging, I triple vacuum seal without crushing the nugs and profesionally pack and label your order. I ship only within the USA. I use only Express or Priority delivery with a tracking sticker.

A tracking sticker is for myself and the Silk Road staff only so I can track your package. Do not ask me where your package is until 5 days after the order was placed. I count on all buyers to FINALIZE your transaction the SAME DAY you receive it. Failure to do say may exclude you from future orders of high grade nugs. On some marked orders Express Shipping is free.

Address: I write down the exact address you give me. I highly advise that you use your real name and your address. From what I have seen on this site, this seems the better way to go to make sure you receive your product.

Orders are expected to be delivered between 3 to 5 days after ordering. If after this time period you have not received your package, you may message me about your order and I will promptly try to solve the problem.

Orders are shipped everyday Monday to Friday. If you need your order by a certain day, then just order it by Tuesday of a certain week to be delivered BY Saturday of the same week.

Refund Policy

If you do not receive your package after 5 days and I see from the tracking sticker that the package did not make it to its destination, I will give a 100% refund. But if you have the package shipped to another address and it gets stolen after arrival or the priority tracking sticker says it could not deliver to the address for any reason, I will not give a refund. This is why I advise shipping the package to your address. I do not care where the destination is. If the tracking sticker says that the package was delivered to its destination, then I will not give you a refund.

Timing of Express Orders:

Timing of Priority Orders:
If you order on the weekend to the following Tuesday, your order will be there by Saturday of that week!
