TERMS OF SERVICE

I believe in treating people as I would like to be treated. And I believe in fair and open business transactions. My aim is to provide unsurpassed security, top notch buds, and excellent service.

All orders are filled at 5 pm Pacific (8 pm Eastern) and shipped the next business day. All pms and emails are answered at this time, and shipping confirmations are made as well. Only shipping within Canada at this time.

Occasionally I'll get a day off and I'll do a mid-day order filling in addition to the regular one.

All orders are encased in an hermetically sealed container, and all packaging is professional and discrete for unsurpassed stealth.

All orders have package tracking. Tracking numbers are available upon request. No signature will ever be requested by me.

The name and address you supply is cut and pasted onto the shipping label. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct and valid.

Northern customers need to select the “North of 60” shipping option. I know: it sucks to pay more for shipping, but that is beyond my control.

Early finalization is never required, and is not recommended.

If your messages start with your PGP public key (recommended), replies will be encrypted. You should use my PGP public key to encrypt all communications.

If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible the reason for the delay, actions taken thus far, and possible alternatives or recommendations.

No data of any sort is ever retained. Everything is deleted and securely wiped at the end of every session.

You will never be harassed, bribed, or threatened for favourable reviews or for any other reason.

Delivery guarantees: For “Insufficient postage,” “Improper packaging” or other reasons under my control you get a full refund or a reshipment – your choice. For packages that are intercepted, lost, or otherwise disappear we split the loss (50% refund.) For “No such address,” “Undeliverable as addressed,” “Vacant address” or other reasons under your control there will be no refund.

I reserve the right to refuse any order. You will be notified of the refusal and the reasons why

If you feel I have not fulfilled my end of these Terms, please notify me first so I can rectify the situation. All unresolved disputes will go to arbitration.
