Welcome to Mad Hatter Travel, where we have been offering trips to Wonderland since 1865.

We have been growing our own mushrooms for a very long time. Up until now, our little mycology experiments have strictly been for personal consumption and sharing with close friends.

Now, however, we have multiplied our grow space by a factor of 5 and want to share the fruits of our labors with the Silk Road community.

All of our shrooms are cultivated in organic substrate, and handled with loving care throughout their entire lifecycle.

We're anxious to show everyone that we have a top shelf product, and always ensure that our customers are happy doing business with us.


Shipping Details

Mad Hatter Travel only ships within the United States. We don't want to deal with customs declarations.

All of our packages are shipped Priority Mail. You will never be asked to sign for a package from us.

Once a package is ready, labelled, and has postage affixed, we will mark your order as "In Transit". Once the label is printed with your name and address, we eliminate any trace of who you are, or where your package is going.


Refund Policy
============

Mad Hatter Travel ships all orders with a delivery confirmation number (DCN). If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please notify us. We will reship or refund based on the guidelines listed below.

100% Refund for:

- Mad Hatter Travel cannot provide DCN
- DCN saying item was not shipped

If we can't show that we shipped your package, you'll either get your Bitcoin back, or we will re-ship at no charge. Your call which way we go.

50% Refund for:

- DCN saying shipped but not delivered.

If it gets lost in the mail, we split the loss.

0% Refund for:
----------------
- Waiting more than 14 days to contact us after order has been placed
- Using a fake name, causing a return
- Using a bad address, causing a return
- DCN saying delivered
- DCN saying unknown address/recipient or anything similar

If your package gets returned or can't be delivered, then you provided a bad delivery name/address and the loss is on you.

If, for whatever reason, you feel that your transaction is worthy of anything less than a 5 of 5 feedback rating, please let us know. Our reputation is precious, and we will do whatever we can to rectify any disappointment you may have with either our mushrooms or our service.
