All packages will arrive well packaged and vacuum sealed.

We do not ship to the USA.
We will do our best to ship all packages within 1-4 days, you will be promptly notified if there are any delays.

We offer a reship/refund policy but each request is dealt with individually and is to our discretion.
Long standing clients will receive higher refund rates in case of non-arrival.
