[ Review Competition ]
In order to enter the review competition, you will have to write up a detailed review of the product that you have ordered in the feedback and on the forums in the Sukey Review Thread.

The person who will be able to write the most detailed and specific review will have a chance of winning one gram extra of the product they have reviewed with their next order.

The people who take part in the competition will have to send me a Private Message on Silkroad with a link to their forum review post, and the review post has to contain their Transaction ID.

[ Finalizing Early ]
In the case of small purchases, you will not be asked to finalize early if you have previously completed at least 1500$ in purchases.

Unless stated on the product page, you must finalize early according to these rules. You must also pick the correct postage option which will acknowledge that you intended to agree with this Finalizing Early clause.

Repeat customers and buyers with statistics exceeding the requirements will be able to enjoy a 50% refund or a chance of a reship in case of a non-arrival.

If you fall in the category that has to FE and you have FE'd, you will be granted at maximum a 25% refund and no reshipping in case of a non-arrival.
If you fall in the category that has to FE and you have not FE'd, your order will not be processed.

[ Lost/Confiscated Parcels ]
Customers must wait a minimum of 14 days before enquiring about lost deliviers. Reships are done on a case by case basis. If you're a returning customers then you are pretty much guaranteed a reship. However, all purchases are made on the assumption that you assume all responsibility for lost deliveries. Unless you can show a seizure letter and the envelope it came in, the reship is completely up to me.
