TRACKING NUMBERS:
Tracking numbers are only issued for the express shipping options. Express orders are shipped the same day, but the tracking numbers can take anywhere from 2-3 business days to be registered into the postal system.

All OZ orders must FE before the orders are shipped. This is mainly because of the tough OZ customs. The shipping success rate to OZ is 92%. If your order does not arrive, there are no refunds or reships, it is a risk you are assuming.

REFUND POLICY:
Refund on Express orders with tracking numbers only.

No refunds on the “Regular Mail” shipping option. I have had good success with the “Regular Mail” shipping option but this policy is to protect me from reverse scammers as there is no way to prove that the package was not received.
