For those of you who are familiar with, or purchased from DubG in the past, a little clarification might be in order. Over the last couple years, "DubG" grew into a multi-person partnership, with myself solely representing the weed sales. Most recently, the addition of the DubGx2 vendor account was also an extension from the original. For the sake of better communication and overall efficiency, I decided to create a separate account specifically for weed sales, "Gordon Gekko".

TERMS & CONDITIONS
My hope is that these T&C's will avoid any potential miscommunication or surprises and that both parties can at least start off on the same page.
1) Seller commits to the following Levels of service. All orders will be shipped within 4 days as allowed by Silk Road. Our goal is to ship everything within 2 days, but this cannot always happen, so you should expect 4 days.
2) Buyer and seller agree to in the case of any issues that any resolution being equitable and mutually agreed upon.
3) If for any reason buyer has issue that would prevent giving feedback score of 5, seller requests to be given notice and 24 hours to rectify to buyers satisfaction.
4) Seller requests that before buyer goes to forum with issues or negative feedback that seller is notified and given 24 hrs to rectify.
5) Seller is committed to providing the best service/product available.
6) Seller is committed to open/honest communication and providing accurate, timely information both proactive and reactive.
7) Customer acknowledges understanding of and agrees to terms.
8) In the case of package not making it to destination the buyer and seller will split the loss equally 50/50.
