Greetings SR community! I am a grower and maker of concentrates. I am very happy to be here! I take purging very seriously and have an awesome system to do this. Vacuum chamber, heat pad and a vacuum pump. "Low and slow is my motto". Purge at the lowest temperature you can to maintain flavor and get rid of the butane. That's 130 to 140F usually. I love the oils and waxes. I use power5x butane that is cleaned of oils and impurities.
This done by doing a dry run first and reclaiming the now clean butane which is then used for extraction. The non butane impurities are left behind in the unit and removed.
The materials I use are popcorn bud and sugar trim. About a 50/50 ratio.
