Payment:
- Bitcoin is the only accepted method of payment.
- You will never be asked to finalize early.
- If your account looks suspicious or your address seems incomplete your order may be cancelled and refunded without explanation.

Packaging:
- Discrete shipping materials won't stand out and all addresses are printed on labels, never handwritten.
- Deceptive packing makes contents look like something else, protecting the buyer if the package is opened by a 3rd party.
- Feel free to compliment the packing but please do not disclose details in feedback or reviews.
- Mushroom powder amount can vary slightly from capsule to capsule, so all orders are weighed to ensure you get exactly what you order.
- Don't count the capsules and assume they each weigh exactly .5g as there can be a slight variance in weight from capsule to capsule.
- Orders may have more or less capsules than you expect since orders are packed by weight, not number of capsules.
- If you want to verify your order, weigh it and subtract .1g for each capsule.
- Orders are always a little heavy to make up for any discrepancies in scales.

Shipping:
- No signature required.
- All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Number (DCN).
- Make sure the name and address you provide are valid and complete as orders will not be re-shipped for any reason.
- Absolutely no personal details are kept after your address label is printed and DCNs are destroyed once your order is completed.
- Orders usually ship within 24 hours and take 2-4 days in transit, so please plan the timing of your purchase accordingly.
- If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order may not go out until Monday.
- DCN's are not provided to the buyer for any reason.
- DCN's will only be furnished to the SR staff in the resolution center if there is a claim that the package never arrived.
- Once order is confirmed allow 7 days for arrival before inquiring about status. Sometimes USPS can take longer due to holidays or delays.
- It's appreciated when you finalize and leave a "5/5" feedback rating as soon as you get your order.
- If you plan on leaving less than a "5/5" feedback rating or opening a case in the resolution center, please send a message first to see if a solution can be reached.

Refund Policy:
- DCN shows "Delivered" or "Delivery Attempted" - No refunds, no re-shipping.
- DCN shows "Package returned to sender" or other address issues. - No refunds, no re-shipping.
- DCN shows anything indicating package might be "Lost or seized in transit". - 50% refund, no re-shipping.
- Product "didn't work" - No refunds, no re-shipping. All products are personally tested before being listed for sale to ensure potency.

- Quality, safety and security are top priorities at all order stages.
- Please encrypt all communications.
- No samples are offered for any listed products.
