Here you will find some general info about ordering with me and of course also my public key for communication with PGP. Before you order please read my full profile so you can familiarize yourself with my terms and conditions.

____ Finalizing Early
I require Finalizing Early for all orders made to outside Europe, to Scandinavia and to Russia, no exception. Other customers can stay in escrow but the no refund rule stated below still applies to them.

____ Refunds:
There are no refunds for orders not delivered unless you can show me a scanned copy of a seizure letter. Refunds are sometimes given at the discretion of the FartBomber team but arent a right. Asking for a refund automatically disqualifies you from one.

____ Freebies:
Repeat customers who share their experience with me in the SR community forums are eligible for freebies when available! When you want a freebie with your order add my listing "Freebie for repeat customers" to your cart when checking out and put a link to your post(s) on the SR community forums together with your address. You cant order a freebie without ordering something else also. If you don't see "Freebie for repeat customers" listed then there are no freebies available. The freebies given out will constantly change and if the freebie is something not on my menu a description of it will be sent with it in the pack.

____ Shipping:
Due to the heavy volume of orders I have been forced to change my routine, these are now my shipping times (EU/Amsterdam time):

Orders placed before Sunday 13:30 will be shipped on Monday
Orders placed before Tuesday 13:30 will be shipped on Wednesday
Orders placed before Thursday 13:30 will be shipped on Friday

Shipping on other days will be done sporadically but this an exception rather then a rule.

I will not ship to the Netherlands or the USA, no exceptions. Letters Poste Restante or to Packstationen are possible but require FE with 5/5 rating and no refund. I strongly urge you to not choose this option and get a "real" address. Your letter will be a regular one shipped from the Netherlands with no tracking whatsoever and will always be as flat as possible and blend in nicely with other business/junk mail.

____ Communication:
When messaging me please allow up to 48 hours for me to reply. When you want to change/cancel an order you have please write "URGENT" in the message subject. When talking about non sensitive information please don't use PGP as it speeds up my routine, for sensitive matters though use my public key at the end of this page and if your public key has a different name in it then your SR username please state so in every message to make it more easy for me to communicate back.
