we got a 1/5 today for our packaging because you could feel the bud through it, we have people complain about it being to compressed and now people complain and give low rating for it being not compressed enough...

This buyer did not speak to us and try to work something out, let us know our faults personally or anything along those lines....

It has come to our attention that the post is being a little slow this week, not sure why that is, if you have had any problems please contact us before giving us a bad rating as someone else did when we tried to help them out.
